Nintendo wins Patient Ruling
After more then 2 years of fighting in court, Nintendo finally wins patient ruling over patient troll Anascape. What makes the case interesting is that Sony and Microsoft gave into Anascape, were as Nintendo did not. More amusing is that the Judge sited a Sony product as prior art. What that means to us is that our Classic controllers are here to stay.
